The original Chuck Wagon Restaurant opened more than 50 years ago on the corner of Sunset Drive and 117th Avenue… In the mid 1960’s, the Chuck Wagon Restaurant moved to its current location with the opening of “The Dade Western Center”… “The Dade Western Center” originally had Sunset Farm and Feed, Chuck Wagon Restaurant and a General Store at the location…
Back then, customers would show up on horse back and have a bite to eat… Currently, the Chuck Wagon Restaurant is all that exist of “The Dade Western Center”…
